With the help of Donations and Volunteers, BhaatBank prepares 300 meals every Friday and distributes to our less fortunate neighbors at our Donation center in Mohammadpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Our first donation center was opened on May 12, 2017 and we have been serving about 1200 meals to our less fortunate neighbors monthly since then.
Our aim is to open BhaatBank locations in different parts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Locations will be open 7 days a week to make sure no one in our city sleeps hungry. One cannot end hunger alone but together we can. BahaatBank would like to inspire others to come forward and provide a helping hand to end hunger together.
Bangladesh is one of the poorest countries in the world. Even with the recent economic boom it has a long way to go to stabilize its poverty crisis. We believe it is not only the government's duty but the duty of every citizen to take care of the less fortunate people around them and we strongly believe that:

We also accept donations of used clothes and toys and distribute to the people that come to collect food at our donation centers.
Anyone can drop off their used clothes at our donation center or contact us for a pick up from their preferred location.
We prefer the materials to be washed and cleaned prior to donation. If not, we will clean before distributing them to the needy.
